- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
SML Assisting's pricing shown is for services provided. Any onsite work is subject to mileage being billed separately according to the prevailing GSA Privately Owned Vehicle Mileage Reimbursement Rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process for working with a new customer is to have the client complete a questionnaire so that I understand the complete needs to be met. Then we will have a phone conversation to clarify what service is to be provided. Lastly, pricing will be confirmed and a contract with invoice will be sent.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I spent 18 years in the hospitality industry planning meetings and events. With this I have the know how to produce quality events all while staying within budget - most times under budget!
