Anthony repaired the screening on our porch that another contractor had botched up. The other contractor used materials for inside work which were swelling from the rain and moisture and becoming covered with mold. Also, the design of the screening cut off part of the view from the porch. Anthony replaced these materials and redesigned the screening so there were no obstructions to looking out from the porch. If the screens have to be removed, they are designed to be replaced with minimum effort. The previous contractor "custom made" the screen door which did not close very well. Anthony strengthened the door and is now working fine. He also rebuilt the porch steps according to code. This took a bit longer than planned, but Home Depot did not have the materials available and were back ordered.

Anthony did a great job on our basement. He installed a water driven backup sump pump. Installed new drywall, tile, lighting, and a toilet to turn our washroom into a half bathroom. Anthony was on time, clean, and took time to explain what he was doing and what options we had. His pricing was fair and honest. I would definitely use Lasting Impression again for home repairs and remodeling.

I wish customers knew what exactly goes into quoting a job. It's not just drive up to the house, list and measure the work, then drop a price on the job. In some professions a set price is common. In the handyman business, no project is ever the same.
