If I could pick all 5 qualities I would. Lizette is professional, was early (thank you very much!) , and came in with her sleeves rolled up and ready to tackle my home office. She is patient, keeps the big picture and goals in mind, and helped me prioritize and weed through 6-7 years of projects and paperwork; leaving my home office organized AND where I can find things, shining and vacuumed. What a great experience! The holidays can be overwhelming but it doesn’t have to be. I’ve been thinking about finding help to organize my home but I always think… i can just do it myself. However, this time I finally decided to give it a try. These ladies are so professional. Arrived on time, and after a quick walk-through they went to work. My daughters room is so perfect. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not charge for any storage bins or materials. You can purchase ahead or I can gladly purchase any materials needed and hand you the receipt. I only charge for work done.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I request pictures or quick video of the area to estimate time and materials needed (if any). Some jobs only require 1 or 2 Organizers, some may require more.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
10+ Years of experience. You’re either born an Organizer or not. It’s not really something you learn.
