What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not charge for any storage bins or materials. You can purchase ahead or I can gladly purchase any materials needed and hand you the receipt. I only charge for work done.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I request pictures or quick video of the area to estimate time and materials needed (if any). Some jobs only require 1 or 2 Organizers, some may require more.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
15+ Years of experience. You’re either born an Organizer or not. It’s not really something you learn.
