FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
One of the biggest things that sets us apart is that we bill your insurance company directly. That means in most cases there is zero out of pocket cost to you as the homeowner. Your only responsibility is typically your policy deductible, which is between you and your carrier. We handle all the paperwork, communication with your adjuster, and documentation. Our goal is to take that stress off your plate so you can focus on getting back to normal.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a phone call. We get the details of what happened and in most cases we can have a crew on site the same day. From there we document everything thoroughly, work directly with your insurance company, and lay out a clear plan of action. Communication is a priority for us so we keep you in the loop at every step with no surprises.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team holds IICRC certifications in water damage restoration and applied structural drying, as well as EPA lead safe certification. We have been in this industry for over 25 years and techniques and standards are always evolving, so continuing education is not optional for us. It is how we make sure we are doing the job right every single time.
