Unfortunately, smaller animals took the bait and did not spring the trap. Even though we couldn’t catch the vermin I was pleased with the company’s decision to try other methods to catch them. We didn’t catch anything except a small possum. We now have to address the issue from the point of entry and seal up the hole that’s allowing the raccoons to apparently nest in the eaves of the roof. All in all I would recommend this company because of their professionalism and attention to detail."See more

SaraJane was very helpful in getting someone out quickly. First, we received an estimate from a very respectful gentleman. He did a thorough inspection and saw our mice trails. Plus, a lot of acorns in our attic. Secondly, Jose came out removed the old installation then sucked up all the acorns and debre. Then they sanitized the whole attic and patched up any holes where mice could return. They cleaned up afterwards and they did an excellent job. We are very pleased."See more

Alexandria J. says, "After a previous wildlife remover failed us, we hired Attic Fanatics to help us remove a family of squirrels in our attic. Previous guy told us "no babies" and installed a one-way exit(only adult squirrels can use one-way exits). However, we kept hearing noises, so we got a second opinion from Attic Fanatics. Attic Fanatics offered to not only clear out the squirrels, but also to: Replace old insulation, vacuum, clean, disinfect, and seal all entry points. As they were doing this, they found 3 BABY SQUIRRELS, which I had a feeling were up there based on all the noises I've been hearing for weeks. I'm so glad Attic Fanatics found those babies, unlike the first guy who nearly sealed their mom away from them due to the one-way exit! I asked the team if it would be possible to leave the babies in my backyard for their mom to find later. They agreed by creating a temporary, makeshift nest for them. Within 2 hours of placing the babies in the backyard, their mom found them! Initially, she tried to re-enter our attic, but Attic Fanatics thankfully sealed it off so well that the squirrels can no longer get in. So mom caved. I watched her carry each baby off to another location, away from our attic. On top of that, the new insulation has made a huge difference in our homes temperature. Normally, our second floor is always hot in the summer, but after the new insulation was placed, it's far more comfortable now. Overall, I'm happy. My only regret is that we didn't go with them FIRST."See more

His team provided with me a free estimate before work was done. He also worked with me on pricing because he wasnt the cheapest but matched the price of two other companies including ORKIN. His team went over and beyond and even removed dishwasher where in mice infestation is a major issue that ORKIN wont address unless you or contractor address. His team also addressed all issues dropping bait stations, poisons and sealing entry points. Also Mohammed is honest I infact paid him and made sure to call me of my error. So top notch decision there is a reason why hes gotten recognition awards from Thumbtack for last two consecutive years running. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED"See more
