Our family has interacting with Michael Demakis on various levels.
My daughter, a soccer player, has worked with Mr. Demakis on strength and agility for approximately the last 2.5 years in preparation for, and now playing college soccer. His training in combination with his recommended nutritional program has yielded great results.
Specific areas of improvement that we can directly relate to Mr. Demakis include: strength, agility, ball control, endurance, speed and acceleration and most importantly a strong core that helps resist injuries and improves rate of recovery.
I personally have worked with Mr. Demakis on nutritional program that has allowed me to lose 43 pounds. My wife and I now work work with Mike on a weekly basis to improve my strength and flexibility.
