- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You get what you pay for is true across all lines of commerce and services in the world we live in. What I do offer is competitive rates and since I specialize in selling and buying to upgrade or downsize at the same time.... I offer a discount of when my clients use me for both the sell and the buy. I offer 100% service with much experience along the way. Nothing replaces experience when a problem arises and it needs to be solved in a smart and level headed way.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with my clients to give them answers to questions they may have when buying and selling Real Estate. I do a complementary buyer consultation about the buying process, from getting a mortgage, to attorney recommendations, home inspectors and lost of experience to make the buying adventure enjoyable and as problem free as possible. I also so a No cost Market Evaluation for Sellers getting ready to put their homes on the market. I share values in the area, my advertising and marketing strategies and my expertise in getting the best buyers for their homes. I help people make the Right Move!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am Licensed in Both New Jersey and Florida. I have graduated from the Realtors institute to level 5 with my base brokers course passed and the coveted GRI designation. I am also Relocation Certified for those leaving the area. I Help people move onto the next phase of their lives. I love my Career!
