Klaus was great all around. I had given my son a gift and I needed it put together for my granddaughter. He was punctual and very professional as well as very friendly when needed. The book shelve which was rather large was put together well. My son was so happy with the outcome. Every handyman should be like him. He gave me a price ahead of time. No surprises.
