Ray (aka The Carpet Guy) is truly an incredible find! I got 3 estimates for the job of installing luxury vinyl over uneven concrete and his was the lowest. Not only that but he included getting the materials and dropping them off at my apartment. That saved us time and hassle. On the day of the job he brought everything he needed in terms of equipment - even a shop vac for cleanup! Also a dolly to move our washer! Honestly, he went above and beyond. He made sure the job went smoothly and in a few hours we had a new floor. Ray's nature is warm, friendly and upbeat. He's like a warm breeze coming through, which is so much better than someone gruff or not fun to be around. He knows his stuff and handled everything with professionalism. Also, he's able to make choices that match the need of the job, which we really appreciated. My husband and I love our new floor and are so happy that we went with Ray. Highly recommend.

I hired Ray and Joe for two flooring installs in my house and I am extremely happy with the outcome. Both the vinyl floor and the carpet came out great. They did fantastic work and are true gentlemen. I would highly recommend them to everyone and would definitely use them again.

I received same day service because he was already in Brooklyn … WHICH WAS GREAT. Once we spoke he was on site with an hour. He picked up my new carpet and padding from the carpet store, removed my old carpet, installed the new carpet and trashed the old one. GREAT JOB!
