The workers were very polite, arrived within expected window, and kept me informed of options during an appliance install. We bought a dishwasher from a hardware store and Elegant services was able to install it with no problems. This was after different workers through the hardware store werent able todo so multiple times. Elegant provided a much better experience than most plumbers i have worked with in the past. I was impressed by the fast response through the app and the ability to make a same day appointment with them. Will be using them again in the future.

I hired Elegant Services for a microwave install. Layla and Bouba were prompt and flexible with the work considering there was a slight hiccup with the previous microwave not coming off easily so little improvisation was done to uninstall it. Install was done neatly and I am happy with their work. Thank you!

They installed a dishwasher on short notice after the big box store installers were unable to, and they were very helpful/understanding when faced with unforeseen challenges (weird plumbing setup).

Great experience overall. They showed up on time, were both extremely nice, got the new sink installed along with our faucet and garbage disposal. No issues at all. And I appreciated the cleanup afterwards. Our old sink had a lot of crud underneath, but they did a great job at cleaning it all up for us before the new sink went in. Would use them again. Thank you!
