Tina was early to our scheduled meeting and very affordable in her estimate for services. She has the greatest personality and was relentless and dedicated in troubleshooting my external hard drive issue. It was quite a unique case due to the hard drive apparently declining and faulty in its older age and choosing to work and not work at its own leisure. Her assessment was very helpful and ultimately I reached my end result....the recovery of my data and will be looking to purchase another replacement external hard drive soon. I will definitely be utilizing her services in the near future.
