- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, we have a price schedule for everything from painting a room to replacing a hot water tank. Usually, our costs are half of what a contractor would charge a customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed plumbing and electrical courses. I have also worked as a journeyman for a couple licensed plumbers and electrical contractors. I currently subcontract with these companies now.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My father and father-in-law owned properties. I also worked for a few landlords and businesses.
