Doku arrived at the agreed upon time, assessed the electronic issue with our front door ring cam, determining that it required replacement after several troubleshooting efforts failed. He explained the defect in laymen terms, offered to brave the snow to pick up the replacement ring cam and subsequently installed it a short time latter. We were grateful thathis safety and security issue was resolved at a very reasonable price for the high quality of service we recieved. Thank you for your service: we will hire again when the need arrises.

I had Doku do some electrical work for me; he installed a new fluorescent fixture and replaced a light fixture for me. Based on my experience I would recommend him without hesitation. He is extremely pleasant, professional, honest, very reasonably priced, and did the installations properly. To me, this is what one wants when hiring someone for a well-done job.
