- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are fair and based on the time and complexity of the job. I always explain the cost before starting, so there are no surprises. Larger jobs may qualify for a discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by asking for photos or details of the project. Then I give an estimate, explain the steps of the job, and schedule a time that works for the customer. I always keep the workspace clean and make sure the client is satisfied before I leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience with residential repairs, including carpentry, drywall, painting, and minor electrical and plumbing work. I continually learn new techniques to improve my skills.
