Esteem Hypnocounseling offers a variety of customized hypnosis and guided meditation sessions. We offer hypnosis sessions that address self-confidence, weight loss, smoking cessation, phobias, unwanted habits, athletic and academic performance improvement, dream analysis, stress reduction, sleep support, regression, and much more.
You have the choice of attending your sessions either in our office or virtually. Virtual services allow us to work with clients in all 50 states. If you select the virtual option you will be provided with a link that connects you directly to our secure virtual system using your phone, tablet, laptop, or desktop computer. It's that simple.
I firmly believe that once you understand Esteem's approach your choice will be clear. Esteem's clients are getting results, and so will you once you make the choice to become one.
We encourage you to contact us if you have any questions, or if you would like to schedule a session that is outside of our posted hours. We will make every effort to schedule the session at a time that works for you.
Education is very important. It's for this reason that I am committed to 6 hours of continuing education every month. My continued professional development ensures my ability to provide clients with the quality hypnosis services that they expect and deserve.

Although we do not offer direct billing to insurance companies, we do provide you with a detailed invoice that includes the cost and services that were provided to you.

I’m not even really sure where to begin, I was so unsure and a little skeptical about how I would feel about hypnosis literally until my first conversation with Matt. Just from the initial phone conversation I was so comfortable and sure he would try his best to help me if he could. Through all the sessions I felt comfortable and Aware and it made me feel like for the first time I could get to the root of my issues. I have never felt so emotional but at peace in years. I waited a few weeks after my last session to write this review to see if how I felt would last and here I am. If I could pay and do it again I would without question. Not only have my good habits increased and procrastinating stopped even on the days I feel like they are coming back I use the steps and tips and I’m ready to keep it pushing. I thank you so much for the peace I’m experiencing and the good habits I have gained Matt!! You were truly great and I honestly have nothing bad to say about my experience even the emotional part lol. If he can’t help you he will tell you that and that’s one of the best parts because he actually did and I feel great you took me back to a place in my life I needed healing from and I finally feel like I got what I needed . Thanks again for the experience!!

although we've just done a consultation, I know that choosing this practice is the best for me. Matt does not only has a passion for the business but he has a passion to help people to be able to live life to it's full potential. Matt explains things in a way that you understand so you can make the best choice for you. I honestly can't wait to fully work with him. His spirit is so unique that he makes you feel comfortable and confident with whatever you decide to do. I would recommend his practice to anyone who is struggling in life or struggling with things that you don't have a clear picture/view of.

When I first contacted Matt I knew I needed to stop some habits. I understood I had to stop but yet I couldn’t. Thing are starting to change, I am aware and feel empowered to decide. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer fixed session pricing depending upon the service selected by the client. If a client selects a program that will require more than one session, we will offer a package price in order to provide the client with the best value possible. Our programs will generally require anywhere from 1-3 sessions depending upon the program selected.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All new clients are scheduled for a no cost intake session. This session gives the client an opportunity to see what we offer and how our services can benefit them. There is absolutely no cost or obligation for attending this session.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified as both a Practitioner of Hypnosis and as a Hypnotherapist. Five years ago I earned my designation as a Certified Forensic Interviewer, a unique skill for my profession that further supports my ability to work with clients to ensure their success. At the current time I am pursuing my certification in Neuro Linguistic Programming. This highly specialized training will enable me to offer additional resources to my clients in the near future.
