I came to Brieer at my heaviest I’ve ever been, 194 lbs in March of 2024. I wanted to slim down a little bit, but not too much and tone up for a vacation I had planned in June 2024. Brieer created 30day workout plans for me based on my needs, concerns and body type. When my vacation rolled around, I was 179lbs and toned. I felt confident on my vacation and continue to use his 30day workout plans.
