- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the size of the project, materials needed, and the scope of work. I always aim to keep my prices fair and competitive while maintaining high quality workmanship. Every estimate is clear and detailed so customers know exactly what they are paying for. In some cases I can also help customers explore cost-effective options depending on their needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I schedule a time to inspect the property and understand the customer’s needs. After the inspection, I provide a detailed estimate explaining the scope of work and materials that Will be used. Once everything is approved, we schedule the project and complete the work efficiently while keeping the area clean and safe. Communication is always a priority so customers know exactly what to expect.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes from many years of hands-on experience working in roofing and exterior construction. I have worked on a wide variety of residential projects including roof replacements, repairs, siding installation, and exterior repairs. Through years in the field I’ve developed strong knowledge of proper installation techniques, materials, and industry best practices.
