- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We will also give the customers up to 5% discount when they switch their contract proposal from another roofing company and sign with us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1-Schedule for an estimate 2-email the estimate to the customer 3- if accepted our proposal we schedule a start date 4-we come out and do the job then get pay.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
-Certified building trade ( union county vocational) -certified with CertainTeed’s roofing - certified with Carlisle roofing Versico Roofing system ( flat roofing)
