I am so happy and was so impressed with our carpet cleaning! We just bought a new house and were nervous about having to put money out for carpets. We figured to give carpet cleaning a try. All of the track marks on the stair runners are GONE. The stains on the bedroom rug.. gone!! Everything looks like brand new, and feels and smells so clean and fresh. I am so impressed! - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Being that every home or business has different needs our pricing for cleaning depends on your home or business. We do offer discounted cleaning packages where if a client buys a specific number of cleanings up front, they will receive a percentage discount depending on how many they purchase. We do have set window and carpet cleaning prices. Our home organizing rate is $35.00 per man hour. Our pressure washing rates vary depending on what needs to be done. An in-home or business walk thru is required for pressure washing and home organizing requests in order to give an accurate estimate. Also, we offer gift certificates that can be used for any of our services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management from Drexel University. I have over 15 years of experience in the service industry. High quality customer service is our priority. We personalize our service to each individual client, which is rare in today's business landscape. Taking care of and responding to all client feedback, whether good or bad, is what sets us apart from our competitors. This is also what has allowed us to continue to grow at a manageable rate since we first opened in 2013.
- What types of customers have you worked with?The most common jobs we do are standard weekly and bi-weekly cleanings. We do an initial deep cleaning to prepare the clients home for the weekly and bi-weekly cleaning and maintain that level of cleanliness week to week. The initial deep cleaning is always priced more because the first time we are in a clients home or business we spend quite a bit more time there than we will on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
