We have been working on our rental property. Chelsea and her coworker showed up as requested...on a Sunday! They were very punctual and started right in on a pretty big job. They did a marvelous job and are reasonable with pricing. We plan on working with them going forward as we change tenants.

We have a rental property in Philadelphia and the tenant had left the property a mess. Bella's queen of clean went above and beyond staying hours to clean and the difference was night and day. If you need exceptional cleaning at a reasonable price call Bella's and you won't be disappointed.

Good but left job unfinished. Chelsea came on time but her worker never showed up. She was extremely nice and worked very hard. For the most part she did do a really nice job as the areas she attended were very clean. We live in a 1300 sq foot apartment and it took her 6 and a half hours to clean which was ok since we did feel bad she did the job alone because her employee never showed. Unfortunately we were a little disappointed to a degree. We paid an additional fee for dishes to be washed /taken out of the dish washer and organization in some areas. She did run the dishwasher but did not put the dishes away which was rather irritating since we paid extra for this. I also specified that our leather couch needed to wiped down and it was not. In addition, I also asked that if there was any clothes on the ground of the bed room closet, for it to be organized but not everything was actually picked up, there was still clothes and shoes all messy in the closet which was also disappointing since paid extra for this as well. Don't get me wrong again the areas she cleaned were done well but I was disappointed that we paid extra for certain things that Eere left unfinished. We understand that the areas not finished could have been due to the fact that she had to do the job alone and by the time she was leaving it was really late so she was was probably exhausted. We would have definitely given 5 stars if the job had been done complete.
