One Saturday in the beginning of April my wife and I found ourselves at a hospital suffering our son's first asthma attack. Needless to say this was a wake up call for our housekeeping in general, as our son now needed to be in an environment as dust free and clean as possible. During our 10 day stay at the hospital, we decided to give Springtime Sparkle a call, thinking they could 'clean the slate' so to speak and we could come home to a sparkling house in which to form good habits. I found their detail here on Thumbtack and left a message after hours. Joe himself returned my call first thing in the morning enthusiastic and ready to help. We were many miles away from the home and had to arrange someone else to let Joe and his team in. He was extremely accommodating and flexible working around our situation. We had the carpets shampooed, and a standard cleaning in our 2 bedroom condo. Windows, baseboards, etc. When we arrived home the difference was remarkable. Our appliances and windows sparkled, and the carpet was like new. Not a trace of the muskiness built up from years of cat ownership remained. All the nooks and crannies were attended too, and nothing was out of place. While the initial purpose here was to set up a groundwork for improving our own housekeeping, the rates here are so reasonable and the work such quality that we will likely just give them a call again when a 'refresher' is needed. They did a fantastic job.
Overall the cleaner did a good job, and while there were a few areas that we felt she could have done better the company was very responsive to our feedback and assured us that they would correct the areas of concern and even applied a discount towards our next cleaning which we did not expect but certainly appreciated!
We were cleaning out my sister's apartment after her death and had very little time because we were from out of state. They were flexible, informative, and available with little notice.
