- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process with working with a new customer is I first start congratulating them and thank them for choosing SYP. We proceed to schedule a meet and greet to go over emergency information, medical information, behavior, training, schedule, and so on. We then proceed to sign an agreement and schedule our first start date. Everyday our new clients will receive updates and we will work with them and their pet to foster a long-lasting business relationship
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I always feel happy working with animals.The opportunity to make the dream into a business came up and the rest is history!
