- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $35 an hour if the student buys 10 hours at a time- but if not- and they prefer hourly it's $45 but can be adjusted to a lower rate if Business English is $50 an hour due to it's challenges and more comprehensive approach but will be discounted if bought in 10 hour at a time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know them by chatting and learning their needs through an assessment and then lessons progress where minor adjustments are made. First lesson is FREE and helps to know if we are a good match.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
English BA. ; TÉFL certification Bloomfield College; Harvard-Sloane School of Management ; Cornell University Human Resources Management Previously, executive in service related industries with excellent knowledge of management, employee supervision, presentation skills, telephone meetings, and teaching executive presence.
