Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: To achieve the most durability from your new epoxy floor, preparation is key. No two projects are the same and we treat it as such. We will evaluate the surface to ensure that the right products are being used. Ranging from the needs of the end-user or general contractor to challenges in the form of time constraints (like work schedules) White Rhino will make your experience as smooth as possible. There are a lot of businesses and independent contractors offering epoxy coating for concrete floors, but when precision, quality, and real-world guarantees matter, clients turn to us

FAQs

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First, we always like to take a look at your project and set eyes on exactly what will need to be done. This helps us to identify problem points and unforeseen challenges prior to commencing your project. Secondly, we provide you with a very detailed scope of work and answer any questions our customers may have prior to agreeing on price and timeline. We require an initial deposit for your project a minimum of 7 days prior to mobilization. During this period we order al material and tooling which may be required to properly commence your project, and ensure we have adequate shipping time if necessary for the receipt of your products/ materials. Then of course, we install your new floor according to your preference and specification, shake hands, and continue a long and fruitful relationship with one another.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

If you don't feel a connection then don't hire them. No one likes a hard sale or someone who isn't intrested in what they're doing. They should be knowledgeable, good listeners, honest and relay their sense of integrity.
