My parents used them for years before moving out of the area and now I use them. The are great! They take care of everything for me. They just did a deep spring cleaning. Carpets and couches look almost like new after frank shampooed them. Hosekeeping is great.They have my key-they come in to clean-when I arrive home from work everything everything is clean and organized.. THANK YOU Avvatar!

Frank worked with me on a very quick basis to help me coordinate my move out cleaning. He gave me an excellent price for move out cleaning and carpet cleaning, and was even able to get a crew in on a Sunday! Overall, I was very happy with the quality of work on such a short basis. I would definitely recommended to others, and if I hadn't moved, I would Avvatar again in a heartbeat!

I used Avvatar to clean a new apartment before moving in, clean out the prior apartment after moving out, and maintain the new apartment once everything was moved in. I have found the service to be excellent and would rate it 4.5/5. Grace, the coordinator, is absolutely terrific about helping schedule something that's convenient to my schedule (including Sunday service), and about sending the number of people that I request, and when I request them. Their prices are reasonable; the cleaners always show up when they say they're going to; they don't limit what they do during the time period, you tell the cleaner(s) what you need and they handle it; and they are very flexible and accommodating about cleaning what you want, how you want it done, and with their own supplies or whatever supplies you prefer them to use. I think the key is just making your wants/expectations clear so that they can meet them. Once the job is completed, Grace always checks in afterwards to make sure everything went as expected and to see if further service is needed and, if so, when. All in all, it's an excellent service. I recommend them and will use them again.

The cleaning ladies were very good. This house smelled very cleaned and looked clean !!!
The only thing I should have gotten the 4 hours instead of just 2 hours for the first time ..
I will be scheduling my two week cleaning very soon
I really like that they bring all the cleaning supplies ..

I have been using Avvatar for regular house cleanings in my apartment in Hoboken, They do a very thorough job cleaning at a reasonable price. Their easy to work with customer service is definitely a plus.
