Welcome to Yoga with Miao — where transformation meets tranquility. My name is Miao, a certified yoga instructor trained at Pure Yoga under Equinox in New York. I hold a 500-hour Yoga Alliance certification and a specialized prenatal yoga certification. With 10 years of teaching experience and over 1,000 one-on-one private sessions, I specialize in designing rehabilitative yoga programs that go beyond fitness. By combining yoga principles with functional movement knowledge, I create tailored sessions to support: • Rehab and recovery from shoulder, neck, lower back, pelvic, and knee issues • Posture correction and spinal health improvement • Fitness goals such as strength, flexibility, fat loss, or muscle gain Each session is personalized to your body’s needs. Using hands-on assisted stretching and careful alignment guidance, I’ll help you activate the right muscles, avoid compensation patterns, and gradually rebuild strength and mobility. My approach is gentle but effective — you’ll feel supported, challenged, and empowered to progress safely.
