Introduction: I take tremendous pride in my cooking and am very well known for making food taste great. That has always been my motto, to make great tasting food. Alot of caterers have an assembly line approach resulting in bland food. I make sure each dish is something that I would want to eat if i went to an event with catering. I love the immediate reaction of cooking a meal for someone and seeing them enjoy it immensely. Many people work all day and never get feedback about how they are doing their job, where as I find out immediately how I am doing.

Catering! I have used this restaurant for catering events personally --(My son's 18th birthday and his High School Graduation party) AND I have used them for my office many times for small scale, meetings up of 10 to 15 people to all day events where they have catered breakfast, lunch, and dinner for 65 people for full day orientation sessions. RICK will make anything you want --anyway you want and it comes out perfectly delicious every time and nothing ever ruffles him. The food is plentiful, delicious, and reasonable. At my office, our group favorite is the coconut shrimp. I have to say that the batter fried basa is AMAZING. I was never a fish eater in my life. I hated it, wouldn't try it.....but this fish has turned me around, it is like crunchy then melt in your mouth tender, tasty and just so good. His home made tartar...you could eat it with a spoon! One of these days I am going to go there and just eat at the restaurant, but in the meanwhile....I recommend them for catering. LOVE LOVE the Pasta in Vodka sauce. Buffalo Shrimp Appetizer...I could go on and on listing the menu but.....why not try it yourself. Our only problem, every time we order from him....we WANT to try the new things on the menu....but we cannot help ordering our favorites over and over because they are SO VERY good!

    We do alot of off premise catering for different business' . They order everything from Crab cakes to Chicken wings. We do sandwiches, pastas, salads and anything you can think of.

  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

    We recently did an event for Rutgers Newark College of Nursing orientation for 150. We did 24 full trays of food including-coconut shrimp, fried fish, penne vodka, trays of cookies,rice pilaf, mac-n-cheese. We received positive feedback all around.
