- What types of customers have you worked with?
We do alot of off premise catering for different business' . They order everything from Crab cakes to Chicken wings. We do sandwiches, pastas, salads and anything you can think of.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We recently did an event for Rutgers Newark College of Nursing orientation for 150. We did 24 full trays of food including-coconut shrimp, fried fish, penne vodka, trays of cookies,rice pilaf, mac-n-cheese. We received positive feedback all around.
