Carlos and Stepany came to see our unit as we were renovating and after. We figured out a listing price. To lease, and they took great pictures and put on the MLS.
I appreciate they were able to sift through the applications to just send me the most qualified.
Stepany stuck to our price when I was thinking of dropping and did not, saved me almost a month rent for the new lease. We found a qualified renter and signed a lease in 5 weeks.
I learned the landlord may need to cover the agent fee, and tenant’s really want a washer/ dryer. But these may be the most qualified tenants I have accepted.
