This was the first time I tried oxi clean. I had always used other carpet cleaning companies. I wish I had discovered this company a long time ago. The customer service was excellent from scheduling to the nice individual who cleaned my carpets. I finally found a carpet cleaning company that I love. Thank you.

We had four rooms and a walk-in closet cleaned. Nate did a fantastic job. He called ahead to tell us he was on the way, and he arrived early. Nate was knowledgable and polite. He worked very hard to get the carpet as clean as possible. The product seems excellent. It cleaned with minimal water. Oxi-Fresh is not the least expensive bid we had, but I feel they are the best. Sometimes it is worth paying a little more and getting a lot better. This is one of those cases.

Staff was friendly and prompt. Not all of the expected furnishings were moved and cleaned under. After it dried stil shadows in carpet. Staff said they were damaged fibers but really carpet still looks dirty.
