5/5 stars! I found Oxi on Thumbtack and they were so gracious to offer a same day appointment. Faron was extremely kind and professional. He explained to me how I should care for my new wool rug. The customer service he provided was amazing. He was quick and didn’t leave my rug soaking wet like I’ve seen in the past. I only wish I had more carpet/rugs for them to clean! Great service is hard to come by these days.

Our carpets look and smell phenomenal as well as our couch. The technician spent hours on our beast of a couch taking the pet smell and stains out of it. It looks like a brand new couch! This company gave us a reasonable quote, they were professional and the carpets were dry within an hour versus other companies I’ve used where the carpets stayed wet for half the day. We will definitely be using this company again and again
