In the 40 years I have lived in Abq, I've had my carpets cleaned annually and it is usually good or almost good. Southwest Steamers were EXCELLENT. Every detail was cleaned to perfection. Moved my chairs to the tile floor so not to harm the wood floor, put protectors of the furniture legs, used clean water. I would never hire anyone else, nor should you.
