- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every client is different and so almost every menu price is different. We do have pre-designed wedding packages and menus available at set pricing. However, we understand that those may not meet your needs. We know that weddings and events can get very expensive and do our best work with any budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first step is getting to know our client; what are your wants and needs? We will typically ask a short list of questions, send you our menus, and then proceed to work on your initial catering quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Exective Chef and Kitchen Manager have several years of experience in the catering industry both here at Above and Beyond and with other companies in the past.
