FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on a combination of factors, including the size of your home, the complexity of the installation, and the specific HVAC system you choose. We offer free, no-obligation quotes, so you'll know exactly what to expect.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We’ll start by discussing your needs, goals, and any issues with your current HVAC system. This helps us understand what you’re looking for and allows us to give you the best possible recommendations. We’ll schedule a time for one of our technicians to visit your home and assess your HVAC needs. This usually takes about an hour, and we’ll gather information on your home’s layout, insulation, and existing system. We’ll also give you a personalized recommendation based on our findings. During our visit, we’ll conduct a full evaluation of your home’s heating and cooling needs. We’ll assess your current system’s condition, check for inefficiencies, and explain all of your options, from standard systems to high-efficiency units that could lower your energy costs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is fully licensed, insured, and professionally trained in residential and light commercial HVAC and plumbing services. We complete ongoing manufacturer and industry training on high-efficiency systems, heat pumps, furnaces, boilers, water heaters, and indoor air quality solutions. We stay current with local code requirements, energy-efficiency standards, and best installation practices to ensure every job is done safely, correctly, and built to last. Continuous education allows us to offer modern, affordable solutions while maintaining old-school workmanship and attention to detail.
