Our heat pump was out these past two weeks and another big HVAC company made three visits since resulting in a different diagnosis each time, no fix, and conclusion that the unit was beyond repair and the whole 5 year old system needed replacing. I called #1 Plumbing for a second opinion yesterday afternoon and scheduled for 8-10am today. David arrived promptly at 8am and in under an hour had our unit operating and we have heat now for the Winter storm coming this weekend. Kudos for outstanding responsiveness, technical knowhow, value and honesty. Highly recommend.

Rather than replace the outdoor faucet that was in an adobe wall of my home, the plumber just needed to replace the seal. This safe time and money. Had he replaced the faucet that, could risk breaking the water line in the wall. I’m very pleased.
