Introduction: I take the time to explain to you what is happening every step of the way, whether we are trouble-shooting an existing problem or doing upgrades or repairs. If I can show you how to do something yourself in the future, I will. Helping people do and get more out of their premium Apple computer products. Many of my clients have 'older' Apple products and I help them extend the usefulness of these so-called 'legacy' products. For what most people do with their home computers, upgrading vs. buying a brand new Mac is the smart and far less expensive way to go.

AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME!!! JASON KNOWS HIS STUFF. HE IS HONEST AND DELIVERS THE GOODS. If he says something is fixe, IT IS!!!!!! If he recommends a product, get it. He has gotten me 2 laptops and an I-macm has trouble shot and found the problems, transferred data from one machine to another. He understands my computer knowledge limits and works within those. THERE ISN'T A BETTER MAC PERSON AROUND

Jason is extremely knowledgeable and helps us with multiple computer needs. He is professional, trustworthy, intelligent and fun to have around. His fees are always fair: hourly, contract jobs and products. We have been happily working with him for years.

My trusted Mac Pro was having grave issues so my husband called Jason as a last resort. We now have the best resource and professional Mac person we've ever met. I always buy use Mac's and my Mac Pro was showing abuse, mine and what I took in. Jason very, very, very patiently cleaned up everything and explained what I needed to differently. I now repair disk permissions every week and call Jason with any issue. I introduced him to my sister (we're old Mac users, she's a new convert), who flew him to Austin and now love him like we do! We'll follow his advice and respect his integrity. He goes way, way beyond the Apple Store.

  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

    Bringing a liquid spill damaged MacBook Pro back to life against all odds! Seriously though, the odds are at best 50/50 and depends on how quickly the laptop is handed over after the spill incident.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Be wary of so-called 'Geeks' who explain little if anything about what they are doing to your computers while working on them. Be especially wary of computer repair folks who use words and terminology you likely don't understand and offer little if any layman explanation. As the customer, you do have the right to understand.
