I offer flat rate, affordable pricing for my computer repair services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have a basic set of questions that I ask all customers so I can learn about their computer, what problems they are experiencing with it and what result they expect when I am done with the computer repair. It is important to make sure the customer and I are on the same page before the repairs begin.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network +, CompTIA Security + and a Microsoft Certified Professional. I also have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.
