- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our install fees cover light floor prep and the installation. We charge $6.50 per square foot. A typical 2-car garage runs $2,600. As a veteran-owned business, we understand the importance of service, quality, and reliability. We proudly offer a standing 10% discount to veterans, law enforcement officers, first responders, healthcare workers, and teachers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually start with a phone call, both asking and answering questions. We then proceed to a free estimate. We will send an email sharing information showcasing our differences.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Crews are required to have certified training to install the unique Lifetime Green Coatings material. It is how we ensure our Lifetime Warranty.
