I received a call minutes after submitting my inquiry on Thumbtack. I explained my problem and we discussed what might be going on and available treatments. I was scheduled the very next day!! Dominic Garcia is an awesome tech! He explained everything fully and answered all of our questions. He had a plan of treatment specific to our individual situation and treated all of the areas inside and out with specific products to the locations. He's super nice and friendly!! He left his card so we could call him if we had any concerns or issues. A great guy!! We highly recommend him and the company!! Great job!!

Had a very good experience with the service I received from Bulwark. Our Albuquerque home was treated for roaches and spiders. Technician Dustin was very thorough and explained to me what to expect.
Today was move in day. Upon arrival I noticed a couple of roaches so I went searching for a pestcontrol company l. Bulwark responded immediately, they even offered same day service ! Gabe was my pro and met my husband at our unit. once he arrived he sprayed heavily, put out bait, killed a lot of spiders, and treated all outlets, and exterior walls ! Gabe is professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough. I am 100% confident that with Bulwark and Gabe on our side the infestation in my apartment doesn’t stand a chance. Thanks for being so awesome Gabe, as my husband said you’re our guy !

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our first, intensive, full home inside-out treatments are Thumbtack discounted for new customers. We then ensure you’re continually protected from the same neighborhood pests with recurring treatments every 60 days.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After reaching out to us through Thumbtack, we then offer a free over-the-phone consultation so that we can talk about the pests you're seeing, go over our treatment in greater detail, and schedule a time to have a technician come out. We are typically 24-48 hours out from the time we speak to set up service to having a technician out for your initial treatment. We do offer services Monday-Saturday 8AM – 6PM at your convenience.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our service professionals are highly trained and pest control licensed. It’s more than that. It’s about communication. It’s about really listening to the homeowner, and understanding just how the pests are impacting their way of life. It’s about knowing neighborhood pest trends. It’s about knowing why the pests are there in the first place. It’s knowing the most effective treatment methods to get rid of them, and make sure they never come back.
