FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I keep pricing simple, fair, and transparent. I work hourly for most projects because it keeps costs proportional to the actual work needed. I’m always happy to give a ballpark estimate or price range upfront so you know what to expect before I start. If a task is small or straightforward, I offer a flat rate. For bigger projects, I only continue after explaining anything that could affect time or cost — no surprises and no hidden fees. My goal is to give you clear expectations and quality work that matches your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask for a description or photos of the project, confirm the details, and go over expectations. Once we agree on the scope, I schedule the job and keep communication simple and clear.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I help anyone who needs a reliable handyman when they don’t have the tools, time, or experience. I work with homeowners, busy families, elderly clients, small businesses, and companies that need a technician for product installations. Many customers buy beautiful furniture or equipment but need someone skilled to put it together — that’s where I come in.
