We were relocating to California and needed some painting done in several rooms. I posted a request for services and Power Construction responded with a reasonable quote, and came in within a day's notice to paint our house. Albert and his crew were very professional and did an excellent job. The paint color matched perfectly with the existing color, I give my seal of approval for this company, they were very flexible and met all of our expectations. Great job!!!!!

Power Construction and Albert Gonzales is a professional and an incredible person and contractor. He did the best job ever and his level of skill and professionalism was great and above and beyond my expectations. I would recommend him as the first and only contractor to use. He treated me ( a woman) as an equal and listened to my requests and wishes with respect. We discussed pros and cons and I totally understand the reasons for what was done. The work was top quality and my neighbors and friends have remarked on the quality and attention to detail. He is a conscious and moral person and without exception I would recommend him as THE PERSON AND HIS CREW TO HIRE for any building project you have in mind. He partnered with only high quality professionals and he speaks both Spanish and English so there are no language barriers. He is a good and moral person and he has my full faith and trust. I saw a derogatory post about him that is false misleading and simply not true he himself is Hispanic and what was written was totally untrue and again I would trust him with not just a project but with anything that I had him involved in he’s a great person PLEASE disregard the post that was written that was so poorly judge mental about him as I witnessed many inactions with him and other professional people ( of all ethnic backgrounds) and a misunderstood overheard conversation is NO way to rate or judge anybody. Power Construction and Albert Gonzales is simply the best. I found him accidentally and sooo happy I did. Thank you Albert and crew and Thumbtack!!!

It was a real pleasure finally getting to work with professionals! I have had so many people and services who promised this and that but always failed to deliver. We hired P.O.W.E.R for a complex flat roof project and also interior drywall patching. Albert showed a great deal of expertise, professionalism, and patience throughout the project. His crew members were consistently on time, polite, working diligently while on site. They have great pride and craftsmanship which showed well in the final results. They removed the existing flat roof and surrounding pony walls cleanly. They installed a new flat roof which has not leaked from initial rain tests. The drywall interior work looks good as well, textured to match and ready to paint. We hired P.O.W.E.R. a week after completing the initial roof project to put a 2x6 redwood deck on top of the flat roof. The deck looks amazing and we look forward to hiring P.O.W.E.R. for our future house construction needs.

In my estimates I included everything that's required for a legitimate business. This things are labor,materials,over head & profit margin.

I like to meet in person and create a relationship and also to make sure we have a clear understanding of task on hand.

I went to a technical school and received a certificate for electricity and at same time took classes on structural building and code regulations.
