From the first moment Jim contacted me his communications were clear and professional. He kept me informed of his arrival time. He explained in plain English the problem and how he was going to fix it so that I could understand. His work was good and fast. Jim fixed a door that was no longer properly attached to the 2x4 in the door frame, properly reinstalled my dishwasher which was no longer attached to the cabinets, and installed new towel bars in the bathroom.

Jim got right to the problem with our back garage door and fixed it. We thought we were going to have to buy a new door frame and door so he saved us hundreds of dollars.
