Marco swindled me out of payment for the entire job when he did not in fact complete the job. He had no idea what kind of screws to use to install the light fixture and I had to hire a licensed electrician to complete the job. People at Home Depot felt sorry for me when i told them what happened. His tile guy made me buy him a new tile blade and mortar, when the original deal was for Marco to provide everything. marco texted me "gotcha" when i confirmed the purchase with him. Then he refused to cover 100% of the cost!
When i told Thumbtack the entire story - Marco lied and said that i had ONLY hired him for tile work. I think he should be locked up for swindling me as I am sure i am not the first person he has swindled. I am shocked that Thumbtack even permits him to use this platform as everyone i have used in Florida has been wonderful!
