Even though Lisa couldn't clean my house because of scheduling conflicts, she went above and beyond to help me attain packers to help me move. She spent hours looking for people for me. Lisa and Rob were very hard and focused workers, easy to communicate with, friendly and personable. They were alert to what my house needed and what I wanted done. My house is not the easiest to navigate but they were undeterred. My house FEELS clean and I am very happy to have a number of odd jobs done that I requested. Lisa is flexible and eager to please and cares about helping you get your house together. I thought they were great and am very pleased, and will definitely ask them to come again.

and the negative review this lady gaves me ...is personal.. its not my job preforformace....she got mad because someone she referred me too...got a bunch of furniture ....I helped him get... he tried to pay me 50 dallors for it...whe I paid 400 for it. this negative review has nothing to do with my job.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Its hard to have a standard pricing scale. All cases are different. I like to usually come see the job at hand before pricing. So bidding can be difficult. Im affordable and flexible.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Basically, i like to talk to the customer to get to know their needs. I like to ask about the floors in the home. I want to make sure we have the proper cleaners needed to complete the job right. From there I find out about the time it needs to be done by. We work out a time and day that works out for both of us. We are flexible and enjoy a challenge. Then we get to work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in the business for 6 years. But I have OCD ....so cleaning comes natural to me. I learn from lots of internet training. I'm very derailed orientated...
