The lights in my son’s bedroom and bathroom hadn’t worked for about 6 months. Chris quickly diagnosed the issue and found that some wires had burned inside the electrical panel. He explained that the breaker should have tripped but didn’t, and since the panel and breakers are over 25 years old, it had become a potential fire hazard and needs to be replaced. Chris temporarily restored the lights and then gave me a clear price for replacing the panel with all new breakers. I appreciated how clearly he explained everything and the professionalism throughout the process. I gave him the deposit and scheduled the panel replacement for the weekend. Again, Superior One showed up 30 minutes early with the new panel and all the materials needed for the job. Chris let me know the power would be out during the work, so I stepped out for a few hours while they completed the installation. When I returned about 3 hours later, the new panel was fully installed. Everything was working, the breakers were clearly labeled, and the work area was clean and organized. We can not say enough about the work Jesus did installing three ceiling fans in our home. One of those fans was for an 18 foot ceiling! As daunting as it looked, the project did not phase Jesus. He professionally finished the installation of the 6' extension pole and huge fan in an incredibly reasonable time. It is obvious that he has years of experience and high values for professionalism, timing, quality of work, and efficient use of his time. The ABQ technicians arrived as agreed, ready to do the jobs. We hired them for two separate jobs, a simple ceiling fan install, and a bathroom exhaust fan replacement. The Exhaust fan replacement ended up being more involved than anticipated and required return visits because the sizing was not sufficient to pull the air from the bathroom including a shower.

Mr. Perez was great. He was tasked with two issues; a new ceiling fan (where there was not one before), and a wall mounting of a flat screen tv. He was on time and treated my mom (who's house he was installing at) with respect and explained everything to her after he was done.
