- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is what makes us stand out from the rest. We set up a time and date to come out to the job site and give you a 100% free quote. If we agree we will schedule a time and day for the job to be completed. You can choose whether to pay in full upfront or to pay a deposit which comes out of the balance and cover the rest after the job is completed. We have been told to be on the high-end side of pricing but we have access to all brand new equipment and state of the art systems in place to make the process clean and efficient.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process is to meet the client when giving a free quote. Once the job is accepted and the deposit is paid we wait until the scheduled date, on the back end we are preparing the equipment to make the process easiest for you. On the day of the job, we introduce you to the rest of your junk pros for the day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in business for approximately two years now, at first, we went in with nothing and over the two years we developed more efficient strategies of doing things. We have been through the trial and error phase multiple times and are still looking for new ways to improve to this day.
