- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing Usually depends on Load Size. Units Hold Six Standard Truck Loads of Materials. We have flat fees for Certain Items Ie. Hot Tubs, Piano’s, Sleeper Sofas, Sectional Sofas. We do Charge Stair Fees for anything not ground Level. An hourly rate plus the Load does apply to some situations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Estimate on Site or By Phone, Schedule Project, go over project before starting, complete project, have customer review entire project before billing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Be able to identify Hazardous Waste, Following Guidelines Established by NMED for safe disposal of MSW, and C&D.
