- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is upfront and in writing with no hidden fees. Monthly fee consists of a 10% management fee on monthly rents collected.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whether by email, phone, or text, we review your property needs and goals. From there we make recommendations and then forward an agreement by email for client to review and electronic signature. Its a very streamlined process that allows for us to get started for you right away.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All Property Managers are also Brokers in New Mexico who follow all guidelines administered by the State for continuing education requirements. We have over 14 years of experience in single family property management.
