- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing varies due to the fact tgere is always a preperation involved. Sometimes as we go along we run into certain headaches. That is why I can never price out without looking at the job first. I am a man of my word and I am not out tgere to rob people. Just here to give my honest professional opinion and ask that you just trust me when I am your pro.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting them to understand who I am and what im about is my first priority. Many guys out there have messed up the true representations of outdoor living experts. By that I mean getting the down payment and not showing up, doing the job but its not to the liking of the customer and not returning or accepting calls, etc. We as a company are not about that. We have morals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I did graduate from Itt tech but i love what I do. My passion, and the gratefulness we get for turning that customers vision into a reality is priceless.
