- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a 1,234 man hourly rate generally 1 man is a flat rate two man is $65 three man is $85 and four man is $105
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
the hardest part is first people are so set in there ways that after sending a quote it is sometimes difficult to get them on the phone. i can type anything into a quote but I prefer to speak on the phone or meet in person because that is when you get to see what the person is about.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
purely a lot more than common sense and will to do the work and and the know how
