When I started my personal training journey with Wilton, I wanted to lose weight, and get my athleticism & fitness level closer to what it was years ago. I had been working out, and thought I was eating healthy, but with Wilton's help, I learned how to workout effectively, and learned how my body metabolizes food, whereby maximizing my efforts. Every session with Wilton was more than just a killer workout, it was education on how I could do this for myself & by myself, so that when "life happens", I'd be able to continue my health & fitness journey on my own! In a period of 4-5 months I lost 25 lbs, but what is really awesome, is that I have been able to maintain that loss (even losing a couple more pounds), and continue to achieve a fitness level that has eluded me for almost 12 years. With Wilton's level of expertise & motivation when I needed it the most, I surpassed my own goals & continue to improve on my fitness level! I started my weight loss journey with Wilton a few months ago. I went into this journey focusing on the pounds that I wanted to lose before my wedding in December. But after our first session, Wilton made me realize that is a lot more than just pounds to lose. I quickly learned that this journey was going to be more than just weight loss! Wilton has excellent knowledge of physical activities and tailors each workout specifically for you. His meal plan was easy to follow and I never felt like I was dieting. In the short time I've spent with Wilton I have lost 17lbs and a total of 3inches.
